Welcome to Defined Sight! Where we like to dedicate a day each Wednesday to highlight the amazing work in the blogging community to help you get you through your Hump Day.
On this day in 1990, the crew of the U.S. space shuttle Discovery places the Hubble Space Telescope, a long-term space-based observatory, into a low orbit around Earth. Hubble has been used to record a comet’s collision with Jupiter, provide a direct look at the surface of Pluto, view distant galaxies, gas clouds, and black holes, and see billions of years into the universe’s past.
Anyone else remember seeing this one TV? (Yes, we do).
Now, let’s get down to business…

“We are so used to these patterns of negative speech that we don’t even realise we are doing it a lot of the time.” ~ Mel’s Money Mindset. By removing our old, negative money beliefs, is one of the best, and cheapest ways to start getting out of debt, saving money and obtaining the dream of financial independence.
Steve from Think Save Retire has the right idea about The Ultimate YOLO: Financial Independance. “You only live once, so we might as well sacrifice some of our younger years during the accumulation phase so we can spend more of our lives with the freedom of choice.”
Dragons On Fire have already reached financial independence but cannot leave the workforce yet. “I’ve reached the finish line in the race to early retirement, but I can’t cross it yet. The need for good health insurance is preventing me from taking that last step.” Check out the post entitled F.I.N.I.S.H- Financially Independent, Needs Insurance, Seeking Help.
